Ce manuel est  UNIQUEMENT RESERVE AUX STAGIAIRES INSCRITS A NOS FORMATIONS. En cas d’achat de votre part en dehors de ce cadre, il ne vous sera pas adressé. La direction.

ATTENTION : Votre manuel vous sera adressé par voie postale en moyenne une semaine après votre commande par une société de transport, merci de prévoir votre achat en dehors de vos congés car celui-ci ne pourra être retenu (attention aux périodes de congés). Le transporteur vous adressera un texto sur le numero de téléphone portable à renseigner pour une première présentation. En cas d’impossibilité  il vous sera proposé un point relais. Si vous ne relevez pas votre manuel dans les temps impartit, celui-ci repartira au transporteur. En cas de nouvelle demande de transport, il vous sera facturé, l’allez, le retour et le nouvel envoie soit 15 euros X 3 = 45€.

Les frais de port pour les DOM, Europe et Amérique du nord,  hors France hexagonale justifient un barème different. (merci de bien noter dans l’onglet “pays/régions” votre pays de livraison (ex: Guadeloupe…)

France hexagonale : 15€ _ Guadeloupe, Saint Martin (Français), Guyane Française, Martinique, La Réunion : 35€ _ Europe : 45€ _ Amérique du nord : 55€

Une fois la commande réussie, vous recevez automatiquement une facture par mail (nous vous recommandons de notifier une adresse mail “gmail” et de vérifier vos indésirables).

Toutes les factures sont émises au nom du payeur, aucun changement de nom ne pourra être effectué par nos services. Merci de bien notifier le nom du stagiaire participant à la formation,

All invoices are issued in the name of the payer, no name change can be made by our services. Please notify the name of the trainee participating in the training
